So Simply Robell is a women's fashion retailer based in Dorset. We began our work with the company shortly after it had evolved from a home-based lifestyle business, via a small Magento website built off-shore, around 2019.
So Simply were experiencing issues with their website and e-commerce shop. Their previous model could not scale. And that meant support and aftercare were not delivering on customer expectations.
We work with a range of standout fashion retailers, including Celtic and Co. and Kettlewell Colours. We started working with So Simply to help them overcome these digital issues and support them in the next stage of their e-commerce journey.
As their digital partner, we were tasked with building a system around their business which had the capability to grow with them; a platform that was stable, aesthetically appealing and could offer outstanding aftercare, support and advice for online users.
We built a full enterprise e-commerce solution on our Select Commerce platform and created a front-end site supported by a full CMS and management system. We integrated a number of API's including Facebook Analytics, Google Shopping Feed, CardStreem, Pinterest, Azure Search and merged back office requirements for orders, fulfilment, stock management and returns.
The end result is a clean, bright website with templated page design and advanced e-commerce functionality, ideal for a modern premium clothing brand and its target market.

Working with Webselect, the Company has seen a 507% increase in revenue.
Today, So Simply is the largest retailer of the Robell brand in Europe, achieving remarkable and sustained growth in the last 3 years.
