Principal Engineer

Mark is our Principal Engineer and heads up our development team. He originally studied photography but found himself interested in web design after a work placement for Webselect and never left. Mark has overall responsibility for the output of the engineering team and maintains best-practice standards across the organisation. He spends his spare time immersed in music and outdoor activities such as mountain biking and loves to paint.

Senior Developer

Simon has 20 years of experience working in IT and has worked on projects in industries including Publishing, Media, Charities, Finance and e-Commerce. With experience in all stages of software development (analysis, design, back-office and front-end development), he has combined business analysis and technical experience to develop complex bespoke software using Microsoft Technologies (SQL Server, C# and .Net). He takes pride in helping clients better understand how software can help improve their business processes.

Our resident shopify expert, Craig loves to make things look pretty. Craig is also a multitasker, able to write code while simultaneously holding several conversations about football and/or puppies.

Sarah is the Operations Director for Webselect and deals with the day-to-day running of the office and maintains relationships with our clients. Sarah has been an employee for 16 years, keeping this tight ship running. If you've got a question about our company Sarah's the one to ask. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys kayaking and maintaining her beautiful marine fish tank.

Rob has been with Webselect for 15 years and is one of our talented developers and started originally building websites with flash back in the early 2000s when web design was becoming mainstream. He spends his spare time enjoying the outdoors going swimming, walking and travelling and given the opportunity loves to dive in the river.

Morgan is our technical assistant, and is responsible for testing ensuring that our software delivery is high quality. Alongside this he has a passion for security analytics and has studied computer information security at the University of Plymouth. He can also code in 13 different languages and enjoys a good anime series in his spare time.
