AIM Compliance - AIM Rule 26 Compliance

The London Stock Exchange recently introduced new rules for companies whose shares are traded on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). As a result of these rules, all AIM companies are now required to maintain a corporate website, which must provide specified financial and governance information.
