03/09/2007: New project management tool helps keep us ahead of the competition

When working with our clients we understand that communication is the key.

Our clients want to know what is happening, when it is happening and who is dealing with it. They also want to monitor progress and have regular reviews to ensure that their web site is progressing as they imagined it would.

To aid this we have recently implemented a new Project Management tool which runs completely online and is already in use on 8 projects in development.

As well as progress reports the system sets milestones, sends reminders and allows clients to comment to the entire team with a single click.

This new system is yet another demonstration of how Webselect are always striving to give our clients the very best possible service... always.
