It's always nice to know that our hard work is appreciated! Here are just a few of the kind comments we've received from our lovely clients and their customers.
"Webselect worked with us on the third version of TheCheeseShed.com, which went live in the Summer of 2011. We opted to retain the designers (Platform One) we'd worked with previously, so the process involved much careful liason between them, ourselves and Webselect as the builders of the new site. This worked out very well: I was very pleased with the whole process.
Communication throughout was excellent: where we needed designers and site builders to work together this seemed to be smoothly and effectively done. Along the way we received useful input from Webselect—on the basis of their e-commerce experience—which fed back into aspects of the design, and at the end of the process some small design issues were resolved purely between Webselect and The Cheese Shed. One thing which impressed, and which contrasted greatly with our previous experience, was the level of attention to detail shown by Webselect in terms of implementing the design they had been given.
It quickly became apparent that in Webselect's build we could expect a high level of fidelity to the original design. Where changes were made, it was always as a result of discussion, and final approval by The Cheese Shed.
The most detailed and sustained period of interaction between was the final snagging process, in which I worked with Mark Bell. This was extremely good. Mark was helpful, diligent and patient throughout: this, of course, is as it should be, but not necessarily how it always is!
We are now using the site and enjoying the many improvements to both front end and CMS. In all, it feels like a major step forward for The Cheese Shed and a great foundation for future growth"
