Keswick Tourism Association has been a client of Webselect for many many years and earlier this year awarded the contract to develop a brand new web site. The competition was stiff and many great companies put their case forward to build the latest version. We were delighted that the Association chose to stay with us.
As the new Keswick, The Lake District web site goes live today we spoke to Linda Furniss, Tourism Officer at the Association who said...

The site build has taken some time due to the complexity of the Content Management System and sheer number of pages which totals thousands. Some of the nice features include
- Ability to update everything on the site
- Ability to create new sections at will, add pages, images, video, documents etc
- A new interactive map built with Google mapping
- Member area allowing anyone to update their own entries, photos and videos
- BBC Weather forecast plugged in
