COMMENT: Great thinking wins clients

We love seeing our clients use their web sites in a proactive manner to generate sales and just recently a UK postal workers strike has had most companies hanging their heads in their hands at the prospect of losing sales and customers.
Not so the great people at Kernowcraft who saw a way to reassure customers and show how they were not prepared to sit still and let the strike affect them.
Firstly, Kernowcraft found a suitable courier that could promise to deliver their products, then they slapped a great big message on their home page (see below).
Luckily their site was built by us so we were able to alter the postage methods in order to handle this.
Nice one Kernowcraft, keeping your customers happy will keep them coming back long after the strike is over.
